Refund policy

We get it; online shopping isn’t always full-proof and sometimes you need to make a return. Whether you bought the wrong size or prefer an alternative colourway, we have simplified the process for you each step of the way.

We work to a 14-day returns policy. That means you have 14 days after you receive your purchase to request the return. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. We’ll also need to see your receipt. We don’t take back items bought on sale or those personalised, nor gift cards.

The process is super simple: We are only ever an email away so first things first, get in touch via Hello@courtclub.co.uk. We can’t accept returns made without your prior notification. You’ll then need to send us back your purchase:
Unit 15, Sunderland Estate, Church Lane, Kings Langley, WD4 8JU, UK.

We will review the item and, so long as you meet all the return requirements above, we will refund via your original payment method within 10 working days. Do remember banks can be a little slow, so if after 15 working days you haven’t received the monies, get back in touch!

If you’re based in the EU and you wish to return your purchase for any reason, you still have 14 days cooling off from when you receive the item. The same terms apply, but please let us know where you’re located.

For exchanges, we suggest you buy a new item when you have received the refund for the first.

We take every precaution to deliver your purchases in perfect condition but, in the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Whether there is a defect, damage or you’ve received the wrong product, we ask you notify us straight away so we can put it right.
