SHIPPING 

We are committed to getting your purchases to you as safely and swiftly as possible. 

Processing your order We look to dispatch all orders within 1 working day from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Our delivery partners We work with Royal Mail and DPD to ensure you get your time securely and on time. The delivery partner will be determined at checkout and may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.

How to track your package Once dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with full tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

The time to ship Standard shipping times may vary depending on your location. While we dispatch from our side as promised, please note that external factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or weather conditions, may affect the speed of delivery. 

The cost to ship No surprise charges! Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. 

Where we can deliver We currently ship to locations throughout the UK. If you are based beyond the UK please contact us at hello@courtclub.co.uk so we can help you make your purchase. 

Packages which are lost or undelivered If your purchase has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please email us with your order details. We will look into it from our side and work with our delivery partners to put this right.
